Maria’s Italian fare is prepared using high quality ingredients. We use real butter, heavy cream, fresh chicken, real veal, extra virgin olive oil, friers use Rice Bran oil, cheese are Grande Mozzerella and Romano, all dishes are prepared to order, not prep-prepped or frozen in advance.
Maria’s Pizzeria and Italian Restaurant Founder, Giovanni Giordano (1931-2012), was born and raised in Naples, Italy. His father was killed by Nazi's in 1945. He immigrated to New York in 1959. Hard working, he eventually opened a pizzeria in Port Washington and a fishmarket in Centereach. He retired to Cape Coral with his wife Ruth and 3 young children in 1979. He opened Maria’s in 1991 with Cesare Gregorat. Today, his recipes are prepared as his mother taught him, using only the highest quality ingredients.
In keeping with our family tradition in serving the freshest, most delicious Italian dinners and pizza in Cape Coral possible, all items are made-to-order as your server informs the kitchen.
