Anyone who refuses a properly requested test related to operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of cannabis can face criminal charges. Can my employer require a drug test for cannabis even if it’s legal? Yes, in Massachusetts employers are allowed to test for cannabis. Does cannabis have an expiration date?
