Lucas Roasting Company is now located in Wolfeboro, NH, “The Oldest Summer Resort in America”, in the absolutely stunning Lakes Region of New Hampshire on Lake Winnipesaukee, but our coffee roasting journey began in Broadway, VA, on September 1, 2007, in the heart of the magnificent Shenandoah Valley. Jennica Lucas moved from NH to VA when she was 12 and her grandfather moved his furniture business from Epsom, NH, to the Civil War town of New Market, VA, where it is located near the New Market Civil War Battlefield yet today. She has always wanted to return to her New England roots, and so our family moved from VA to NH August 6, 2016. Our new commercial coffee roasting facility in Wolfeboro also has a small walk-in cafe’ space in the front of it with a full beverage menu, hot and cold, and assorted food items.
