It's a down-home Florida barbeque joint! Like all good southern BBQ, Colt's gold standard is flavorful meats cooked low and slow. Red halos of smoke ring the edges of their brisket and rib offerings. Although we prefer our racks and brisket with a side of fried pickles, locals also favor the BBQ beans, potato salad and corn pudding. Every detail from the Texas garlic toast to the branded sandwich buns adds a little signature Pig Stand flare.

Remember to request your favorite BBQ sauce (Original, Sweet, Hot or Mustard BBQ) when ordering take away. Colt's pulled pork, chicken and burnt end sandwiches are plated traditionally, without sauce so you can taste the meat.
