Located at the Port of Egypt Marina, a Lure is the North Fork's acclaimed waterfront seafood restaurant and a joint venture by celebrated chef Tom Schaudel and restaurateur Adam Lovett. The idea behind a Lure is to create a seafood chowder house, serving fresh fish and seafood, in a casual and convivial setting for locals, boaters, day-trippers and vacationers.
