Roast is a “fast casual” farm to table restaurant providing delicious gourmet sandwiches, salads and soups. Our menu focuses on locally raised meats and seasonal produce. Meats include beef, pork, turkey and chicken and are accompanied by handcrafted accoutrements with international flavors. Several unique vegetarian and vegan options are also available. Dine in our indoor or outdoor seating. Try the drive thru pick up window for “dine in a dash”, which provides the customer the convenience of pre-ordering on our mobile app.  Delivery is available 5pm - 9pm. We offer catering and private dining for small groups. 

Roast has a strong sense of community, supporting Sandhill’s Children Center and the local military foundation, Duskin & Stephens. Our guests are supporting local farms and our local economy when eating at Roast AND eating local food is better for you and our environment.  We are located at the Shops at Tyler’s Ridge off the airport circle in Southern Pines from 11am - 9pm.
