Chapman's Food and Spirits is the "Chef Driven-American Fare build your own experience" restaurant concept derived from the friendship and business partnership between Kitty Hopkins and Chef Peter Hamm in 2015.
The Hamm Burger is a local favorite consisting of a blend of ground chuck,short rib and beef brisket, served with carmelized onions, pork belly, and gorgonzolla spread on a brioche bun. Fish or shrimp tacos, Pecan Cranberry Salad, Dr Pepper Pork Ribs and Fettucine Alfredo are just a few of the varied items that you can chose off their extensive menu. Local beer on tap.
