We are pleased to introduce the first tour boat of this nature to navigate the waters of Grand Traverse Bay! The Discovery offers a fun filled and unique cruising experience. A wonderful way to enjoy the sparkling emerald waters of the west bay and to take in the sights of the shoreline of one of the most beautiful cities in the country. An excursion suitable for all ages! Discovery Cruises offers various daily public sightseeing cruises and private event options for weddings, family reunions, business functions and more aboard our newly renovated, 65’ vessel, with all decks offering optimum sightseeing.
The Discovery has climate controlled indoor seating on the main deck and patio style seating on the upper deck, outdoor observation areas, a full service beverage bar, snack bar and restrooms. Our Captains will provide narration on our public cruises that is rich with content showing you the Traverse City of today and giving you a glimpse into her glorious past.
