The District

In 2016/2017 Johnstone Capital Partners undertook a concerted effort to acquire & redevelop six adjacent industrial warehouse buildings built between 1925 & 1968 into the “District” As envisioned, the District will consist of 85,000 square feet of restaurants, craft brewing, artist, creative commercial and athletic uses. The attraction to the assets was obvious, a safe and convenient location that is easily accessible to downtown West Palm Beach with irreplaceable and authentic character beyond what could be replicated today.
