Welcome to Adams League Mansion, Galveston’s newest event venue at the Charles W. Adams Mansion in the historic Silk Stocking district. We are excited to now provide a unique experience for all your needs including weddings, general events, retreats, or a quiet time away with friends and family.
The mansion was built in 1860, is on the National Register of Historic Places, and has a colorful history. It has been recently restored yet continues to retain its historic charm. There are eight individual bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and each are uniquely decorated in Victorian style with modern conveniences included. A large gourmet kitchen and dining room are available for use during events. The mansion is centrally located in Galveston just 7 blocks from the Seawall/beach, and 11 blocks from the Strand Historic District which has a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities.
