The Railyard is a gathering place for all of Santa Fe’s citizens and guests. With almost one million annual visitors, The Railyard hosts dozens of diverse festivals, concerts and outdoor movie series all summer and fall, as well as many other year-round offerings.

The Railyard’s 40 acres is home to three community non-profits – the nationally Top-10 rated Santa Fe Farmers Market, internationally renowned art exhibition center SITE Santa Fe, and Hispanic cultural center El Museo Cultural.

The Railyard is a hub for contemporary art with its numerous world class art galleries. It offers a variety of experiences from performance spaces to a unique mix of retail, restaurants & brew pubs, residential developments, a 10-acre park, and the stunning 11-screen Violet Crown Cinema.

Running through the center of it all is the Rail Trail that connects to the city-wide trail system and trail corridor via the RailRunner train. Don’t miss the 10-acre Baca District one mile south which has evolved into a go-to center for art, furnishings, design and architecturally innovative residential spaces.

Since its opening in 2008, the Railyard has become the most diverse and vibrant community center in the City and been the recipient of numerous local, state and national awards including the Bruner Award for Urban Excellence, the Urban Land Institute’s Urban Open Space Award and one of the American Planning Association’s Great Places in America.
