Annual Lighting Ceremony Parade (Friday, November 29th at 5:00 PM)

Kick off the holiday season with a spectacular parade! This year’s theme, “A Super Holiday,” will feature over 40 entries, including marching bands, festive floats, and your favorite superheroes! The parade starts at 8th & Sherman and travels west on Sherman Avenue.

But that’s not all! Following the parade, gather on The Coeur d’Alene Resort lawn for carols and a countdown to a breathtaking firework display. Watch as over 1.5 million lights illuminate downtown Coeur d’Alene!

Elf on the Shelf Scavenger Hunt (Friday, November 29th – Sunday, December 22nd)

Santa’s elves are coming to town! Starting November 29th, these mischievous elves will be hiding in downtown businesses every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Grab your Elf Passport at Woops! Bakeshop, Mountain Madness Soap Co., or Mix It Up Gift and start your search. Find the elves, collect stamps, and enter to win amazing prizes like Gonzaga Tickets or a $300 shopping spree at Figpickels Toy Emporium!

Free Photos with North Idaho Santa (Saturday, December 7th from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

Get your picture taken with Santa at STCU’s Downtown Coeur d’Alene Branch! Enjoy hot drinks, marvel at the CDA Firefighters’ vintage firetruck, and take home a festive coloring sheet. Don’t forget to bring a canned food item to support the CDA Firefighters’ annual food drive.
