Every Friday in August, locals and visitors alike gather for Waterfront Music & Movies, a cherished tradition presented by Charleston Radio Group.

What to Expect:

Bring your blankets and chairs, settle in for a breathtaking sunset, and enjoy an evening of live music followed by a movie under the stars. This event is free to attend, with parking provided, making it a must-do for families, friends, and anyone looking to soak up the summer vibes.

Each Friday features a different local band and movie combination, ensuring a fresh experience every week:

    • Band: Vallenato Flavor
    • Movie: Encanto (Presented by MIX 95.9)
  • August 9th
    • Band: 40 Years Too Late
    • Movie: The Breakfast Club (Presented by 101.7 Chuck FM)
  • August 16th
    • Band: Dallas Baker Trio
    • Movie: O Brother, Where Art Thou (Presented by 92.5 Kickin’)
  • August 23rd
    • Band: Palmetto Soul
    • Movie: Barbie (Presented by Star 99.7)

  • Location: Memorial Waterfront Park, 99 Harry M. Hallman Jr Blvd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464
  • Time: Food sales start at 6:00 PM, music kicks off at 6:30 PM, and movies begin at sunset (approximately 8:15 – 8:30 PM).
