There are restaurants representing each of India's many culinary regions. Some of the activities that can be explored are kayaking and sailing on Oyster Bay, and hiking on the Nassau-Suffolk Greenbelt Trail.
Many area parks feature tennis and pickleball courts. There are several world class golf courses. The most famous is the Black Course at Bethpage State Park. Live music is everywhere, including in local bars and restaurants. During the summer, the Town of Oyster Bay presents its Music Under the Stars program at several local town parks. There is so much to explore. The Cruise Night car show on Tuesdays in Oyster Bay village. Saturday morning features the Farmers Market in Syosset. In September and October you can find a street fair in one of the many towns in the area.
