The Art of Antiquing is located in the center of Round Pond, Maine, in a restored historical building. Located at 4 Back Shore Road next to Granite Hall Store, we are open seasonally from May to October to allow for our buying trips overseas. We are, however, open by appointment year-round. Our Round Pond antiques store is brimming with a broad array of unique pieces that cannot be found anywhere else, from French impressionist oil paintings, Spanish Santos figures, early British autograph books, British Sunderland lusterware, to hand carved French daybeds, marble-topped commodes and bronze busts, British 17th century coffers and Italian court desks.
We specialize in unique, sometimes dramatic, one-off pieces. As a result, things are always changing here, which makes each visit to our store a shopping experience unto itself – no two trips will ever be alike.
