The Slab features made-to-order sandwiches, wraps, soups, chili, quiche and fresh salads. Vegetarian wraps and all deli sandwiches are available gluten-free. The Slab offers Rocky Mountain craft beers and ciders, including gluten-free brews. We have crowlers and bombers for the team --or when you are back from a climb with a mighty thirst!
