Featuring Executive Chef William Holt
William Holt is a Chef de Cuisine at The Talk Restaurant in North Falmouth Massachusetts here he meticulously overseas the flow of cuisine from purveyor to service; including butchering, quality control and food safety.
Chef Holt started his career on Cape Cod working under acclaimed Chefs such as Bobby Gold at the Penguin Sea-grill, and Chef Dave Norton at the Benchmark, Sweet Waters, and Kettle-Ho to mention a few in the 1990’s. Holt achieved his introduction to fine dining under Chef Bobby Gold as a rounds cook. Then proceeded to refine his culinary skills under Chef Dave Norton as his Sous Chef and immersed himself in an made from scratch kitchen. Under Chef Norton’s tutelage Holt gained the passion and appreciation it takes to become one of New England’s great Chefs.
