What makes us do what we do? We are culinary explorers in every way. We learn and grow through a thirst for experience.

Operating our kitchen is truly a labor of love, we work full time jobs, which is why we have limited hours. We do not take a paycheck, which is how we try to keep menu item prices affordable.

The story begins in Charleston, SC where Chef Meagan found her passion. Starting in a NY Style Bagel Shop in the heart of downtown to working in fine dining on Kiawah Island with consulting chef Tom Colicchio. She is trained in New American, Southern and French cuisine but has engaged it all, using creative techniques across a myriad of culinary genres. She has been a barista, line cook, prep cook, sous chef, head chef, baker, and kitchen manager. With over a decade of experience and never-ending culinary curiosity in a quest for new flavors.

The International community of MMA has aided us to explore further into the greater atlas of cuisine. One of the reasons we chose to do Rabanada is the appreciation and the influence of Brazilian Mixed Martial Artists. Getting to know them via personal interviews and continued exchanges on Social Media and having them share their cuisine, it has opened many doors.

Our Honey Creemee is inspired by our trips to Vermont and their Maple Creemee. Naturally, our area is full of some of the most delicious honey available, and we want to share our delectable creation with you while supporting local businesses.

We have a wealth of knowledge in a wide array of culinary cultures. We will never stop learning, growing, and wanting to share.
