Ultramar Restaurant
Ultramar was the name given to that almost mythical place on the other side of the world. Overseas as we would say today.
Chefs German Lucarelli and Nano Crespo also crossed the oceans in search of knowledge, flavors and happiness. Today their adventures have brought them to Maine, where they combine the incredible variety of local seafood with Mediterranean flavors and the magic of wood-fired cooking.
