May 22nd 1994, Willy O'Sullivan, a native of Cork City, opened O'Brien's. It  soon became a huge favorite of the then, booming Irish ex-pat population. He's still the owner and works behind the bar on a regular basis.   Though the local Irish population has diminished, O'Brien's has evolved to appeal to locals, but still retains that warm authentic feel of a real Irish Pub.   It's also a great place to watch any sporting event. Whether it be the New York Giants or Conor McGregor, with 15 TV's the atmosphere is electric.   But, if you just want a quiet drink or meal, hear a story, from one of our experienced friendly bartenders, meet friends, or make new ones, there's no better place. If you have just moved here or, if you're just visiting, you'll feel right at home.     The critics have spoken! With more than 4 stars on all the review sites, our customers, speak very highly of our beers, food and mostly the warm service.
