Learn to Cook Your Own Food!
One of the biggest trends that picked up during the Covid-19 Pandemic was to start baking your own bread. It was a great hobby that resulted in some seriously delicious bread and entirely too many social media posts. King Arthur Baking Company will let you get a little taste of the bakery, then you can learn to make your own deliciousness at the baking school. That’s right, you get to taste the food before you make it. That way you will be armed with the knowledge to make your own delicious baked goods for your travels.

Getting Crafty at the Tavern
Possibly the best food in history is a classic hamburger. Nobody does it better than the Latham House Tavern. Seriously, rated as the “best burger in the Upper Valley,” nothing beats this American classic. What pairs better with a hamburger than a top-of-the-line beer? Honestly, nothing. That’s the correct answer. Latham House has a ton of different craft beer options to fit any desire you have. They also pair amazingly with the burgers. It’s the perfect way to discuss your adventures with your buddies.

Not the Classiest, but the Cheesiest
Not every meal needs to be had at a super fancy five-star restaurant. That’s pretty great sometimes, but it’s not an all-the-time thing. Luckily, when you go to Village Pizza and Grill, the goal is to stuff your face with your pals and eat entirely too much cheesy pizza goodness. There are other things on the menu, but the main thing is to dig into the delicious signature pizzas. There are other finger food options and even a few pasta dishes and subs. Once you and your crew are full, then you can dive into the desserts. The Flogeres is absolutely delectable and perfect after pizza.

The Coziest Meal
Now, some meals actually do deserve some cozy care. That’s when you would head to Carpenter and Main to really mark your occasion. Head Chef Bruce MacLeod heads the venture and takes great pride in the meals he crafts. Don’t worry though, the food is locally sourced, so you can make sure the Confit of Duck Leg has very low food miles attached. There is also the classic comfort food of Fried Green Tomatoes with Comeback Sauce, or a classic Burger with fries. The real kicker is that on Sunday they do a special $10 Dinner package, making it an economical choice as well.

A lot of people want what’s best for the world to happen. Nobody brags about how terrible their meal is for the environment. It’s nothing to brag about. That’s why Cloudland Farm really dug in deep on the other end of things. Cloudland Farm is a family own farm that makes some seriously delicious food. The food is delicious. That’s most evident by them serving dinner on Friday and Saturday only and they’re typically fully booked three to five weeks out. So, plan ahead to take part in their delicious homegrown and family-cooked food.
