Thyme Restaurant
Thyme is the restaurant formerly known as the Tip Top Cafe. It began in 2001 during a renovation of the Tip Top building where they made Tip Top Bread in the 1940’s. The original Tip Top was actually a café with counter service offering coffee and light meals. It was purchased and re-branded as Thyme in 2013.
The Tip Top was never your “ordinary café” and has not been a café in the true sense of the word for a long time. We have shifted the focus in our cuisine to increased use of locally sourced ingredients. The name Thyme helps us to personalize the business and to be more of a true reflection of what we do.
We look forward to serving our dedicated clientele and new customers, and to providing an experience that measures up to our own expected level of excellence.
