In 2008, Chef Chy and his wife Monica took a chance on opening a restaurant in Woodstock, VT, that would combine his favorite Cambodian and Thai foods. More than a decade later, our fresh ingredients and healthy flavors have made Angkor Wat a local favorite in the community. Everything, including our sauces and desserts, are made right here in our kitchen, and we source ingredients locally as often as we can. We also don’t use oil to stir fry. That means you get a mouthful of hearty flavor with every bite without the heavy feeling afterward.
