Our pizzas were created by brothers Ivano and William Venesia in their San Mauro pizzeria in 1995 and we continue to use specially imported pizza flour from Turin in keeping with the Venesia family recipe. Our 16” ultra-thin pizzas may look huge but trust us, the crust is so light and delicate it’s perfect for one person to enjoy. We have carefully sourced all our pizza ingredients to be fresh, naturally delicious and authentically Italian, so if you don’t see your usual toppings, we hope you will be tempted to try something new. A soft egg, baked onto the pizza could be just what you’re looking for.
